TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days on quantities of 1512 units and below. Contact us for current turnaround on orders of 1512 units and above. Production time begins when artwork has been approved and all garments are received. Please alert us to any date specific orders as standard turnaround time is not guaranteed. Rush order guarantees are available.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are subject to scheduling availability. To have an order in 5 days guaranteed, invoices will incur a 25% rush fee (on the total invoice amount). Orders required in 3 days will incur a 50% rush fee. Orders required in 1 day will incur a 100% rush fee on the total invoice. As with standard orders, production time will begin when artwork has been approved and all garments received. Drop shipped garments must arrive before 10 AM PST to ensure turnaround on a 1 day rush. Exact quantity is not available on Rush Orders.

EMBROIDERY / PRINT / PREPRESS

All colors must be specified using the Pantone Matching System (or Madeira thread color for embroidery). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on specified Pantone colors. Colors may vary depending on the substrate to be printed. We do not accept customer provided film separations. D2 Productions creates all separations in house and in digital format for CTS output. Separations and screens remain the property of D2 Productions.

ART SUBMISSION

All files must meet D2 Productions specifications. More information can be found in the embroidery and screen printing sections of our website. With exception of reorders, artwork must be submitted with a corresponding purchase order. Art files should reference the purchase order number. We provide 30 minutes of free artwork and charge $75/hr for additional time spent on editing files.

IMAGE/IMPRINT SIZE

Graphics must be sized in accordance with the garments to be decorated. On orders containing multiple garment styles, graphics must be sized for the smallest garment in the print run. For example, on an order containing standard t-shirt sizes and youth t-shirt sizes the graphic cannot be sized larger than the maximum print area of a youth t-shirt.

OVERSIZED SCREEN PRINTING

Oversized printing is classified as any graphic exceeding either 15″W or 17″H. Oversized graphics are subject to review and acceptance by D2 Productions.

ART APPROVAL

We will provide a digital proof of every order. All artwork, including reorders, must be approved before production will commence. Once a proof has been approved, all changes are final. D2 Productions will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, font or design flaws. A pre-production sample is available for additional charge.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Our minimum order is 24 imprints per setup per location. Light and dark colored garments often cannot be mixed for screen printing runs. Please contact us if you are unsure whether or not garment styles or colors can be combined for orders. Adult and youth sized garments may not be combined unless the same size imprint is used on all garments. Less than minimum fees may apply to orders less than 24.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of an order after acknowledgment will result in charges for any setup or prepress costs or production that has incurred prior to cancellation. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

SPOILAGE / DEFECTS

D2 Productions will not be held responsible for spoilage up to 2% for orders over 144 imprints or 5% for orders under 144 imprints. “Exact Quantity” is available on standard orders for an up-charge. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE our customers to order extra garments in each size in the event of spoilage. Turnaround is figured on working business days. Weekends, Holidays, and transit times are not included.

HANDLING CHARGES

Certain orders may be subject to handling charges. You will be advised prior to production starting if any additional charges will be necessary. Your approval will be required prior to the commencement of production.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. UPS and FedEx both service our facility daily. We can prepare your shipment for your LTL carrier if needed. An additional charge for palletizing may be added. Prices do not include shipping or special handling. D2 Productions is not responsible for any shipping delays, loss, or damage once your order leaves our dock. All outgoing shipments will be packaged in original arrival packaging. One label is applied to each box showing your company name and purchase order number unless otherwise specified. If you require a custom packing slip, new boxes or label, you must make a note with your purchase order and supply same. We are able to stock boxes for you if desired.

PAYMENT TERMS

Clients receiving Net 30 terms will be subject to monthly finance charges of 2.5% on past due balances. All pricing reflects 5% cash/check discount. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit card payments.
